Appointments

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro or by phone at 317-563-0002. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

Cancellations and no shows

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no shows may be charged a fee and may require a card on file for future bookings.

Late arrivals

If you're running more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or rebook you so we can stay on time for the next guest.

Brews

Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. One complimentary beer or soft drink per guest per visit with a paid service. Coffee is sold at our cost. Please drink responsibly.

Kids

We love cutting kids' hair. For everyone's safety, children must be supervised by an adult while in the shop.

The Mirror

The Mirror is a preview tool. Photos you upload are sent to a third party AI image service to generate the edited image and are returned to your browser. Valor3 does not store your photos. Results are approximate and your barber will advise on what works for your hair. By using The Mirror you confirm the photo is of you or someone who has agreed to it.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to book your appointment and keep in touch. We never sell your information. Email us at info@valor3.net to be removed from our list at any time.
